Good Parma is a delicious, versatile cheesy topper that compliments virtually any dish.
Our ingredients themselves do not contain any gluten. However, due to one of our suppliers we cannot guarantee goodparma is gluten free. Good Parma may contain traces of gluten.
The ingredients are: (Organic) walnuts, sunflower seeds, red star nutritional yeast, spices, pink Himalayan salt, Nova Scotian kelp. The only difference between each flavour is in the blend of spices.

Good Parma contains: walnuts, mustard. It may also contain traces of wheat, peanuts, tree nuts and soy.
Good Parma is shelf stable for about 1 year in a cool dry place… that is if it lasts that long! You may also keep it refrigerated to extend freshness.

Good Parma is low in sodium. Each tablespoon only contains 70 mg of sodium, 3% daily value.
The walnuts and sunflower seeds are both raw. Technically nutritional yeast is not raw due to the process in making the yeast inactive. The spices may also be dried and heated above the raw perameters.

RED STAR Nutritional Yeast is a primary grown pure culture strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It is a powdered yeast without leavening power, marketed for its protein and vitamin content. Saccharomyces cerevisiae, is a completely different species than the type that causes yeast infections. We use the Red Star brand because of the superior taste and quality.
